LULY Aguero

About the Director

Luly Aguero is the Founder and Director of Dancers Training Spot (DTS). Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, she received her classical ballet training under the guidance of Olga Ferri, Enrique Lomi, and Estela Herman, while also studying modern and contemporary dance. She proudly represented Argentina in Aerobic Championships before moving to the United States, where she continued her dance education through the Dance Program at Miami Dade College.

For more than 20 years, Luly has dedicated her life to teaching ballet and technique, sharing not only her knowledge of dance but also the values of confidence, discipline, resilience, and passion. She believes every dancer deserves a place where they feel encouraged to grow, both as artists and as individuals.

In 2019, Luly fulfilled her dream of opening Dancers Training Spot. Although the studio opened just before the COVID-19 pandemic, her vision never changed—to create a welcoming home where dancers feel inspired, supported, and challenged to become the best version of themselves.

Luly often says that DTS is her happy place. She feels incredibly grateful to do what she loves every day, and considers watching her students grow into confident, hardworking, and compassionate young people to be the greatest reward of her career.
